The Village of Quincy approved the ordinances that provided the basis for the operation of Medical Marihuana facilities in August of 2018,  The ordinances allow the awarding of licenses for each of the five categories allowed by the State of Michigan: Provisioning Centers, Secure Transport, Growing Operations, Processors, and Safety Compliance Centers.

Applications  

Applications for all license categories, except for Provisioning Centers, may be submitted at any point.   Village staff will review applications per the newly adopted review policy and provide a recommendation to the Village Council.
