The Village of Quincy approved the ordinances that provided the basis for the operation of Adult Use Marijuana Facilities in October of 2019. The ordinances allow the awarding of licenses for each of the five categories allowed by the State of Michigan; Grower, Processor, Retailer, Safety Compliance Centers, and Secure Transport.

Applications

Applications for all license categories, except for Retail Centers, may be submitted at any point. Village staff will review applications per the newly adopted review policy and provide a recommendation to the Village Council.
